- We are seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Analyst to join our team and take the lead analyzing promotions and customer lifecycle performance across various channels, including Boost Mobile stores, eCommerce, Amazon, telesales, and B2B. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for sales channel owners, providing insights and analysis on promotion performance, customer churn, and customer segmentation.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data from Boost Mobile stores, eCommerce platforms, Amazon.com, telesales, and B2B channels to assess performance trends, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth.
