- The Senior Manager, Customer Marketplace Insights - Local & Segment Marketing role will support a newly formed division of the Verizon Consumer Group focused on marketing to our local regions throughout the US as well as to key growth segments: Latinos, African Americans, and Young Adults.
- Partnering with marketing and product teams on strategic marketing planning including identifying promotional opportunities and new ways of communicating with customers.
- Designing and shaping research designs to yield actionable insights including: Quantitative Research, Qualitative Research, Concept Testing, Conjoint, Max Diff, Choice Models, Segmentation, Tracking, Forecasting, Advanced Analytics.
