- Our client, System One, is seeking the following.
- Support the Sr. Manager on all initiatives, campaigns, seasonal plans, and other projects by using data to help shape the approach to increasing customer lifetime value.
- Monitor ongoing loyalty program KPIs to diagnose program performance and uncover opportunities to improve overall loyalty and retention metrics.
- Provide strategic and tactical customer insights to inform long-term strategy, near-term campaigns, and future benefits that support the dual-branded loyalty program.
- Work closely with the broader loyalty/retention team in setting the strategy through the use of customer data and insights.
