- The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for proactively managing a large complex account and/or a group of smaller accounts with the primary goal providing a superior customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Manages customer’s expectations with deliverables as outlined in the WSI rate agreement.
- Supports and executes goals provided by our customer and WSI leadership.
- Responsible for data quality and reporting for our internal partners and external customers.
- Has working knowledge of WMS, OMS, Portal, CRM, ticketing system and supports the daily workload.
