- They are expected to be a singular focal point for all facility operations within a given data center and to support operated data centers.
- Capable of implementing all site-specific processes and procedures such as procedure creation and review standards, procedure instructions and templates, reporting an incident or outage, procedure execution, PM standards, CMMS standards and policy, work order and notification, as well as the use of Sharepoint to access CE procedures and training content.
- Understand the sequence of operations, how a failure of a piece of critical equipment impact other systems, and have a holistic view of the critical environment infrastructure and ability to comprehend the effect of any actions on a piece of critical equipment or systems, including: MV/LV Distribution Boards, MV/LV Breakers, UPS, Generator, Batteries, STS, ATS, AHU, DX units, Chillers, Evap Washer Systems, CRAC Units, Fuel Systems, ASCO Systems, BMS System, EPMS System, and Fire Alarm System.
- Conversant of the ASCO system sequence of operation and fire alarm system cause and effect matrix.
- If applicable to the role, perform maintenance, repair, and operation tasks of utility equipment, solar PV equipment, and/or Cogen equipment, and/or disables/enables fire alarm systems; and set up and operate electrical data capturing devices (Dranetz, Fluke PQA, etc
