- The Childrens Regional Hospital at Cooper University Hospital is a pediatric facility that consists of several units that meet the diverse needs of pediatric patients: Pediatric unit, Pediatric Intermediate unit (PIMU), Pediatric Kostic Infusion Room (PKIR), and Pediatric Intensive Care unit (PICU).
- We offer subspecialty services through consultation and referral in areas such as Endocrinology, Genetics, Infectious Diseases, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Gastroenterology, Otolaryngology, Pediatric Surgery, Trauma, and Hematology.
- The Family-centered rounds are conducted daily with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, professional nursing services, child life specialists, social services, and nutrition support.
- Our facilities include a teen room, a spacious playroom for younger patients, and a family waiting room.
- The PICU is a private 6-bed unit located in Kellemen on 6th floor that provides intensive care to pediatric patients requiring hospitalization for life-threatening and potentially life- threatening illnesses or injury.
