- Will participate in the crisis assessment and triage including the screening for dangerous situations, weapons, and other high risk environmental factors.

- Advanced skills through support of the MH crisis hotline by modeling and coaching Crisis Intervention specialist I in gathering information, supporting callers and identifying needs related to current crisis situation.
