- Under the direction of Fortune, Crew Liaisons are responsible for supervising, supporting, and inspiring transitional workers through a trauma-informed and restorative justice lens on and off the worksite and during remote sessions, and adhering to the model prescribed by UWNYC, philosophies and approaches, manuals and policies, exude a collegial nature that is rooted in authentic engagement, and relish in the opportunity to collaborate with members across teams proactively.
- The position requires an understanding of the challenges faced by men of color with gang involvement and the ability to motivate and use challenges as teachable lessons.
