- The ideal restaurant line cook will execute all line station menu items to exact recipe/plate presentation specifications, in a safe and sanitary manner, within specific production times and consistent with the guidelines set by Cracker Barrel - Saint Charles.
- Specific Duties & Responsibilities include: -Adhering to all food safety and workplace sanitation requirements.
- Ensures every item on station is produced to exact recipe & plating specifications.
- Sets up station with sufficient product & utensils and prepares cooking & food holding equipment to ensure the station is ready for meal service.
