- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports To: President Supervises: Court administrative staff and special project personnel Liaison To: Judicial staff, Judiciary committee chair and Office of the President ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, the public, governmental and state entities, and other tribal program representatives.
- Develop and maintain a law library which contains laws, resolutions and ordinances of the Tlingit & Haida Tribe and other Tribes, including judicial decisions rendered by the Trial Court and the Court of Appeals, for use by the public, attorneys, clerks and judges.
- Collaborate with Tribal Chief Judge to identify the needs of the programs for education, training, and development as necessary.
- Create and maintain data and reports for Tribal Court, including financial and budget reports.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration or related field.
