- The number of employees directly and indirectly supervised by the Cost Estimating Lead is at least 5, and he is typically responsible for managing project control functions across mega (e.g., up to $500M in construction costs) and/or complex capital projects or programs of projects.
- Establishes and manages the project controls staff assigned to the project, including budget/cost estimating, scheduling, document control and information systems, risk management and claims analysis functions.
- 7 years Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Architecture & Engineering (A&E) project controls experience including two or more of the following: scheduling, cost estimating/budget control, and document control
