- Reporting to the Director of Training and Talent Development, and partnering with members of the Senior Merchandising team, this position promotes and supports the Merchandising and Training and Talent Development teams in supporting the company Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
- Defines learning solutions based on data analysis and drives the design, build-out and delivery of blended-learning experiences utilizing learning methodologies that include instructor-led training, e-learning, self-study, and experiential/stretch assignments
- Stays relevant on merchandising industry knowledge and serves as a content expert on learning and development trends related to emerging leaders, transitioning leaders, hi-potential leadership development, and change management
- Partners with the Talent Management Analyst to conduct follow-up studies and surveys of training initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and measure results.
- Preferred 2+ years of training and talent development experience including needs assessment, developing learner-centered training curriculum (Instructor-led training, job-aids, self-study, etc.)
