- Latitude is seeking a paralegal with at least five years of corporate M&A experience for an as needed remote position with a large software company located in the Silicon Valley.
- This position requires prior experience within a corporate law firm and/or in-house reviewing, drafting and analyzing contracts and assisting with mergers and acquisitions, preferably on behalf of technology clients.
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting M&A deals with a corporate law firm or in-house setting
