- Fully understand global expectations around the front desk operations, including greeting of clients, badges, visiting employees, stickers, hospitality services, and providing a concierge level of service to employees and guests.
- Train and coach new Guest Services Employees, Interns, and Contractors to deliver the highest level of hospitality and customer service at the front desk.
