- The functions in this role include Project Management tasks including Process Improvement and Business Analyses skills to assist with the Key deliverables for the team that include Workflow Development, Deployment, Maintenance, Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and End User support and training.
- Stays current on assigned reading and training to develop and maintain knowledge of ECM legal, regulatory, and policy matters.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Workflow platforms such as JHA Enterprise Workflow, Synergy, Silverlake, Synapsis, Cognos, or other Jack Henry (JHA) software that requires a working knowledge of enterprise workflow system administration including the setup of users, groups, security permissions, Active Directory integration, line-of-business integration and external system calls.
- Experience transitioning paper-based documents to electronic formats, including imaging paper files and indexing documents to image repositories that leads to the ability to leverage those assets in the building of complex workflows.
