- Assume the duties of a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and/or Administrative Staff on an as-needed basis due to vacant positions, new acquisitions, or special circumstances such as lease ups or mass recertifications at an assigned property.
- Knowledge of government-assisted housing programs such as HUD, LIHTC, RD, CHFA.
