- Qualifications - Required Valid MA DESE Teaching License in Special Education (Moderate Disabilities or Severe Disabilities), MA DESE License in School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor, or MA DESE License in School Psychologist, or MA DESE License in Speech-Language Pathology.
