- The Cook position is the foundation of Maison Kayser's kitchens.
- Each Cook must do their part to uphold all health and safety standards for storage of all tempered and dated materials and communicate fluently with the Head Chef and Expediting Team.
- Follow the directions of the Head Chef at all times and execute all of the responsibilities of assigned station to the best of your ability
- Liaise with all kitchen staff within the area to ensure a correct and professional operation is conducted
- Uses proper tools that are available to ensure adherence to recipes such as measuring cups, job aides, and various kitchen equipment such as knives, mandolins, rice cooker, microwaves, hot plates, and salamanders
