- As an Automation Technician you will perform a variety of troubleshooting and repair services on electronic instrumentation used in the automation of large industrial processes.
- You will assist with most aspects of system integration including instrument calibrations, control panel/MCC troubleshooting, minor PLC/HMI programming modifications, VFD setup and commissioning, installation of replacement/new hardware to include instruments and PLC's and terminating new hardware.
- Candidates will need to be able to identify parts and components for PLC, network, computer, and software components; programming PLCs and HMIs; testing functionality of program logic and installed equipment; troubleshooting software and systems issues.
- Modify human machine interface (HMI) and develop small applications.
- Performs a variety of instrumentation services, troubleshooting, calibration, and testing by traveling to and from customer sites.
