- On behalf of the OCPS Program Management Team, manage the OCPS project design and construction contract templates as well as current OCPS continuing Contracts and all related Work Authorizations in support of the OCPS building program.
- Provide guidance to OCPS Project Management Team personnel in utilization and interpretation of OCPS contracts and agreements.
- Maintain and update a listing of all relevant OCPS contracts.
- Provide opinion and recommendations to OCPS on variety of matters including, but not limited to, distribution of assignments to term service vendors.
- Professional Certification highly preferred: Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB), CPPO (Certified Public Purchasing Officer); C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) and/or CPCM (Certified Public Contracts Manager).
