- The Contract Specialist monitors to ensure that all parties are in compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts, and that all contracts abide by local and federal laws.
- Review client provided contracts and provide feedback to management to reduce Company risk.
- Develop contract and contract related documents to support organizational goals
- Provide assistance to HR Manager by filing, scanning terminated employee files, updating training records, maintaining Affirmative Action report, following up with candidates, some onboarding and offboarding procedures.
