- Duties: Administers direct purchase order processing and specific contracts to include quoting, order auditing, entry and coordinating delivery with customers, dealers, vendors, factories and other company divisions.
- Assists account managers with marketing initiatives and provide dealer and customer support/assistance with problem resolution and interpretation of policy.
- Assists with telemarketing and accounts receivable activities.
