- As an integral part of the Regional Operational Excellence Group at Fugro, the Americas Project Management Office (PMO) was established to provide wide-ranging support to all of the Business and Service Lines across the region.
- Contract Manager is part of project management support pool and required to oversee the administration and communication of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from project execution through to contract close-out and final settlement.
- Works closely with the Project Manager, Project Cost Controller and Project Coordinator to ensure there is clarity in the understanding of the contract by the Project Team
- Maintains proper contractual documentation and correspondence in a logical, organized and auditable manner with support of the Project Quality Coordinator and Project Document Controller.
- Education: Business degree or Paralegal certification or Engineering degree, or, Quantity Surveying degree, or, Project Management or Construction related degree
