- This role will manage implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, RCA/RCI, Six Sigma and will take the lead in fostering the development of Site Ambassadors, & Lean/Six Sigma Practitioners by being a leading, proactive change agent that drives a Continuous Improvement culture.
- Train and coach associates in LEAN (Yellow Belt) & Six Sigma (Green Belt) thinking and methodologies.
- Build capabilities in Operational Excellence (LEAN/SIX SIGMA).
- o Assist associates with execution of Green Belt (SIX SIGMA) projects through direct coaching across the sites.
- Complete Green Belt projects, as identified and/or assigned, with limited Black Belt support by leading teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems.
