- Provide functional leadership in a variety of process improvement and development techniques, program management, operational excellence, statistical tools, and problem-solving.
- Drive process improvement activities to achieve dramatic improvement in the key business metrics of safety, delivery, cost, and employee development.
- Complete event planning, perform pre-work, and facilitate team engagement to support new operational start-ups, acquisition integrations, facility expansions, and other projects as needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, justify projects using ROI, NPV, and payback period as well as manage a pipeline of improvement projects using sound project management fundamentals of scope, schedule, budget, or A3, PDCA Develop training modules from improvement projects and training operators of the process
