- Duties: What you get to do in this role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated team player to support Client’s Strategic Programs and Initiatives (SPI) team in the Alliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization.
- The Content Creator and Coordinator will effectively collaborate across numerous cross-functional organizations and with leaders and stakeholders throughout Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Partner Marketing, Operations, Programs, Enablement, Legal, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams.
- A key focus for the Content Creator and Coordinator is to ensure all program criteria are published and maintained, and all benefits documentation across all partner types is in sync and up-to-date.
- In addition, the Content Creator and Coordinator will be the point person to assist the SPI and broader teams in developing content related to portal activities or enhancements.
- Ability to create and maintain key relationships with subject matter experts for the creation of programmatic documentation and ongoing updates.
