- Angeion Group is a Class Action Settlement Administrator that provides fiduciary and administrative services on behalf of the Courts and litigants in class action lawsuits.
- This includes notifying class members of the opportunity to file a claim, receiving and processing claims, disbursing payments to eligible claimants, and providing regular status reports to the parties.
- Angeion Group’s Contact Center provides first-level support to class members who require assistance filing claims or receiving disbursements.
- Work effectively with Contact Center Manager to ensure escalated class member situations are resolved in a timely manner
- Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it
