- Participate in the construction, maintenance, repair and remodeling of facilities/structures and parks; perform a variety of construction tasks involved in the renovation of wooden, concrete, brick or metal City buildings including rough and finish carpentry, masonry, block laying, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, minor welding, plastering, roofing, tiling, fence installation and sheet rock work and perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.
- Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
- Must be able to successfully qualify for and maintain a Sunport Control Card as determined by the criteria set forth by the policies and guidelines of the Aviation Department and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
- Successful completion of a security background check conducted by U.S. Customs & Border Protection, if applicable.
