- Develops, monitors, and reports on completion of subcontractor punch list activities.
- Identifies potential out of scope considerations and/or back charges and advises / coordinates Construction Project Manager.

- Construction Superintendent travels in company vehicle, personal vehicle, or by commercial air travel to project site staying near project site during the work week with expenses paid.
