- Taylor Construction [TC] is an independent, full-service, general contracting and construction management company.
- This high-performance individual will assume responsibility for successful project planning and scheduling for multiple projects occurring simultaneously as well as Subcontractor procurement and management, field supervision, cost management, meeting and/or exceeding construction budgets and timelines, safety oversight, quality assurance/control, Change Orders, RFI’s, Submittals, Close Out Packages, and warranty facilitation for each project delegated.
- Manages multiple delegated projects from pre-construction to punch out.
- Coordination with Operations Manager to ensure jobs have the required amount of in- house labor support and TC field teams are used efficiently.
- Ensures trade partners’ pre-commencement documentation is completed and progress/final invoicing is accurate; including invoice formatting, adhering to TC payment protocols, and confirming invoice submittal dates as related to payment processing date.
