- The PBG project manager is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- The ideal project manager will work collaboratively using effective and positive communication with the project team, consultants, clients, sub contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction over the project.
- A degree in Construction Management, Architectural, Engineering or related field and/or a history of professional experience in the construction industry
- A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and site work related thereto
- Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam and other related software required to create required documentation.
