- Track change orders and track leads as to require reporting that includes daily logs of trades on site and daily progress.
- Ensure manpower is effectively coordinated and material purchases stay in line schedule and budgets.
- Clearly communicate by e-mail, invoicing timelines and invoicing instructions to the accounting department.
- Approve supplier and subcontractor invoices for accounting department while ensure they correspond and reflect client payment terms.
