- To act as construction manager / project coordinator on a portion of all capital outlay projects from inception of request through budget development, programming, design, construction, completion, and warranty.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field plus five years of construction management experience or a
- high school diploma plus ten years of construction management experience with a project management firm, contractor, etc.
