Learn more about what we do: https://youtu.be/ofqQ-A3eb0Q?si=IOgTpktHiGNNLUW Our benefits include: <ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, including 401(k) match</li><li>Paid travel and per diem</li><li>Paid Weekly</li><li>Annual boot reimbursement and company paid jeans</li><li>Paid On-the-job training</li></ul><ul><li> Performance evaluations completed after 90 days of employment and annually</li></ul> The Foreman will be responsible for the following: <ul><li> Manage projects and crew members: Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, best practices, laws, project schedule and customer satisfaction.</li><li> Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed.</li><li> Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.</li><li> Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li> Three years or more of construction rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred.</li><li> Three years or more of related supervisory or leadership experience.</li><li> Long hours and overtime will be required.</li><li> Travel and overnight stay will be required. Regular travel schedule is a two week rotation: on duty 10 days and four days off. </li><li> A positive, flexible, teamwork attitude.</li><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li> Three years or more of construction rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred.</li><li> Three years or more of related supervisory or leadership experience.</li></ul> A full job description will be available upon request during the interview process.
