- Role description:Arcadis seeks a Change Manager to join the team in Los Angeles to perform a wide variety of professional engineering work in either a field or office setting.
- The Change Manager will assist LACMTA Contract Administration with processing changes to the construction contract; coordinating technical documents, Requests for Change (RFC), and Cost and Schedule Proposal (CSP) analysis with the Resident Engineer, Project Controls Manager, and Change Committee; obtaining 3rd party review concurrence when necessary; and providing technical support on preparation of contract changes.
- Attend Fact Finding meetings with the project staff and contractors and assist with scope/CSP analysis.
- Coordinate with 3rd Party Agencies, such as Caltrans, to obtain review concurrence when applicable.
- Coordinate with project designer(s) to obtain technical contract change documents.
