- The part-time Concierge is responsible for all incoming phone calls and directing calls to proper parties, taking and distributing messages; greeting and directing all visitors and residents; and distributing business and inter-office mail.
- The Concierge maintains Guest Suite Reservations and maintains various records of resident information such as the Residents Address and Phone List and the Residents Out of Town list.
- The Concierge has a thorough knowledge of emergency response procedures and Up and About System.
- The Concierge maintains Guest Suite(s) Reservations, check in/check out information and takes payment and/or has guest sign to have Resident billed and submits to Accounting Department.
- Accepts packages for residents from US Mail, FedEx and UPS. Once the package is received the Concierge notifies the resident of the arrival of the package and arranges for delivery of packages to the resident if requested.
