- The Computer/AV/Telephone Support Technician is responsible for providing computer, PBX telephone, Audio Visual (AV) technical support and installation services to the Casino and all of its enterprises, the Gaming Commission, Surveillance, KOA, and Lodge.
- They must maintain professional communications and relationships with supported users, colleagues, supervisors, and management; and are obligated to uphold and comply with all the standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements of the department, Casino, and Gaming Commission.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs LAN & Telephone cabling & patch panels
- Installs, configures, operates, and diagnoses Audio visual presentation components such as projectors, TV's, satellite receivers, conference phones, etc.
- Provides user training and assistance on use of IT and AV presentation hardware and software
