- The Community Engagement Manager iis a highly professional, flexible ambassador for CAHC. Executes deliverables that support the growth of both community and patient relationships.
- The Manager operates within the Care Alliance mission guidelines with community engagement including health education, screenings, special events, and linkage to care in the community setting.
- Design and execute CAHC grassroots presence in the community including development of annual calendar, engagement of key messages and activities, with the goal of increasing participation in Care Alliance services by our surrounding communities and target populations.
- Participate in chamber of commerce, roundtables and other professional boards and organizations.
- Serve as representative/spokesperson for CAHC at meetings, special events, and with prospective and current community and corporate partners.
