- Community Director of Sales and Market Development position oversees and directs the sales and marketing efforts for Independent, Assisted, Memory Support and Skilled at the community.
- Develop and implement appropriate community relations activities to enhance business development and maintain relationships with existing referral sources for entire community.
- Partner with Marketing Home Office for the development and delivery of marketing pieces, collateral, branding materials and strategies to promote the community mission, brand identity and services.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or four (4) years’ experience as Sales and Marketing Director
- Preferred: At least two to five years’ experience in a retirement community setting (IL, AL, MC, HC)
