- The position holder will work as a "communications generalist" with a range of day-to-day football communications, public relations, editorial, and media operations responsibilities.
- These responsibilities include drafting press releases and communications materials, creating daily media reviews, supporting the department's PR and editorial efforts, and delivering media operations and services for Concacaf events and competitions.
- Draft and translate media releases, advisories, statements, internal and external football communications, briefing documents, and social media posts.
- Day-to-day administration of the Confederation's football editorial group, calendar, freelance writers, and photography agencies.
