This is a new position that could grow across the divisions of the company. The wor k schedule can be flexible. The duties and responsibilities include the following: <ul> <li> Build ing out your day the way you want it and the way that makes you the most effective </li> <li> Making phone calls to generate business </li> <li> Traveling to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically not overnight) </li> <li> Meeting clients trying to continue to build and maintain relationships </li> <li> Estimating and creating competitive bids for a variety of contracts </li> <li> Working for both the construction division and the service division </li> </ul> The successful candidate must have a background that includes the following: <ul> <li> Five years of estimating and sales experience for commercial construction</li> <li>Three years of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning experience</li> <li>Possess the ability to travel to client sites within the State of Wisconsin (typically not overnight)</li> <li>A solid work history</li> <li>A US citizen or possess a green card</li> <li>A residence within 45 minutes</li> </ul>
