- Provide this service by developing a professional rapport with clients, company representatives and business associates; by maintaining knowledge of commercial lines coverage and company underwriting guidelines.
- Process all aspects of renewal policies or new policies for existing clients, this may include obtaining updated underwriting information, completing and submitting submission to companies, ordering loss runs to provide loss history/summary, rating, securing quotations, calculating premium notes, preparing proposal for client and/or Account Executives.
- Order policies or policy changes, including updating of exposures in database system.
- Issue certificates of insurance, which may include reviewing client's contract insurance requirements to determine compliance, evidence of insurance and Auto ID cards.
- Process policies and endorsements received from the companies, including invoicing and attaching in AMS360 database.
