OVERVIEW OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:

<li>Regularly review and monitor accounts receivable open accounts for past-due balances</li>
<li>Utilize AR aging reports to ensure compliance with company standards</li>
<li>Collections Specialist conducts an average of 45+ outbound calls daily to customers with past due balances, securing payment commitments</li>
<li>Identify and address issues contributing to account delinquency, collaborating with appropriate team members</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally</li>
</ul>


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE:
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email</li>
<li>High school diploma</li>
<li>2+ years of data entry experience is required.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skillset</li>
<li>Previous experience in a collections role</li>
