Where You Will Work Our newly built 200,000 sf facility in Chandler, Arizona is just one example of how Advantest is leading the way in precision manufacturing by investing in our ability to deliver real-time decision making through connected networks of data to help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004”, setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa. What You Will Do <ul><li>Set-up Hermle, Matsuura and Mikron 5 axis machines capable of multiple jobs running together, prove out programs, program trouble shooting and debugging. </li><li>Operate and control process on all products produced on all machine shop equipment for high mix low volume dynamic.</li><li>Responsible for executing production plan according to manufacturing schedule and work instructions.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring compliance to manufacturing and automation process.</li><li>Responsible for controlling quality of product according to Inspection Plan and maintaining quality records.</li><li>Maintains and performs daily preventive machine maintenance and supplies all machine related needs.</li><li>Trouble shoot and solve minor to complex problems and issues. Conduct major root cause analysis.</li><li>Establish pallet quantities required for each job for best automation output.</li><li>Responsible for completing all other related or unrelated assigned tasks or duties from management. </li></ul>Requirements What You Bring to Advantest <ul><li>10 to 20 years’ experience with CNC Mills and Manual equipment, 5 axis experience would be a plus (+)</li><li>Experience with Grinders, Lathes, EDM and WaterJet would be a plus (+)</li><li>Advanced understanding of G.D. & T.
