- Working an off shift (either 2nd or 3rd and must be flexible) and working 50-60 hours a week
- As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- This includes a variety of machine types such as CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Machining Centers, Robotics, and Grinders.
- You'll be working on various brands of machines, with more than 35 OEM names in the shop including Mori Seiki, Mazak, Toyoda, Walbridge, Thiebs, Brothers, Cincinnati, etc.
- Your tasks will also encompass troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding mechanical systems, such as hydraulic, pneumatic systems, spindles, gear boxes, motors, conveyors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps.
