- Working as a member of the Information Technology team, the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Technology Analyst will be primarily responsible for the daily support of the CMMS applications.
- This role will partner with business and technical teams to ensure the CMMS application is available for the business, troubleshoot system issues and process tickets logged in ServiceNow. In addition, the CMMS Technology Analyst will assist with the deployment of new releases / hot fixes, defect resolution, user setup & maintenance and other key system support needs for the CMMS applications.
- Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
- Process system issue tickets via email and/or ServiceNow incident tickets for the Alliance application
- Monitor system maintenance and hot fix schedule to review upcoming releases to the CMMS applications
