- QM Clinicians function as part of a multidisciplinary team that provides QM services for both Adult and Children's mental health and substance use treatment programs.
- The incumbent will be responsible for an array of quality assurance and quality improvement tasks, including clinical documentation training, utilization review, program monitoring, and continuing implementation of the Federal Managed Care requirements.
- Supervising Clinicians supervise, plan, assign, and direct the work of a specific unit of professional and/or paraprofessional staff in providing individual, group, and family counseling, alcohol and drug prevention and/or treatment services and also assumes program responsibilities for one or more programs, contracts, and/or functions.
- Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college/university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling; AND
- License: Possession of a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
