- Facilitates behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provides parent education, develops and delivers specific intervention activities, and functions as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, health care providers, etc.
- Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- 5 years of professional experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), as an individual contributor (own caseload) in a multi-disciplinary team setting; and 1-3 years supervisory experience.
- Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approaches found to benefit individuals with ASD; familiar with current related research findings.
