- We work every day, in concert with various District government agencies, to streamline access to comprehensive, affordable and quality healthcare services for District residents.
- The Clinical Services Specialist is responsible for implementing oversight and compliance activities related to social, health, vocational, rehabilitation, or related services programs offered through the Long-Term Care Administration and funded through state and federal Medicaid.
- Works as a member of a multidisciplinary High Risk Triage Team (HRTT) to focus on the development of criteria to identify a high-risk pool of beneficiaries for review by the team to assess if additional interventions are needed to promote the health and welfare of the beneficiary.
- Conducts record reviews and individual assessments to assess the level of specialized social services care and services required for individuals in Medicaid financed LTC programs as well as non-Medicaid covered services.
- A degree in Behavioral or Social Science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
