- The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking clinician-scientists or scientists.
- UCSF has had a history of strong clinical productivity and additionally has several high-impact investigators dedicated to the clinical and/or basic sciences research specializing in areas of research such as hearing loss, head and neck cancers, sleep disorders, and voice and swallowing disorders.
- For clinician-scientists, clinical patient care in one of the following divisions of OHNS will be expected: General Otolaryngology; Rhinology and Sinus Surgery; Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery and Endocrine Surgery; Otology/Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery; Laryngology; Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; Pediatric Otolaryngology; or Audiology.
- In addition to the above clinical divisions, the Department of OHNS has the following research laboratories and specialties: Coleman Memorial Laboratory; Speech Neuroscience Laboratory; Epstein Laboratories; Head and Neck Cancer Research; and Skull Base and Cerebrovascular Lab.
